Santa Fe Municipal Airport

Santa Fe Municipal Airport is located in Sante Fe County, New Mexico just nine miles from the business district. In 2007 the airport was upgraded to Class 1 status to allow private jets and regional jet service; it currently does not provide any commercial service, but does a fine job in luring in tourists.

Sante Fe a world-renowned travel destination, ranked 2nd as one of the 10 best cities in the US and was also named one of the country's healthiest cities. Known as the cultural heart of New Mexico, Santa Fe has amazing landscapes, creating some of most serene and breathtaking views. It is the oldest European community west of the Mississippi, and the oldest capital city in North America.

It’s deep roots spring forth a rich dynamic in history, heritage, arts and culture; which keeps tourist coming back for more. It is home to the The Georgia O'Keeffe Museum; the historical El Rancho de las Golondrinas- a living history museum, dating back to the early 1700s; and the Sante Fe Opera. With all these great attractions, it is no wonder why it was named one of the best places to live.
