Augusta Regional at Bush Field

The airport was first created in 1941 as a training facility for military pilots for WWII, during that same year the airport suffered a major tragedy when two planes collided killing three out of the four on board the aircraft's, the field was then named Bush Field to remember one of the instructor's killed in the crash. This weekend is probably one of Augusta Regional Airports busiest weekend as all eyes in the golf world point to The Masters - the holy grail of the golf world! So if you were to travel to Augusta this weekend you will more then likely see all of the private and corporate jets lined up on the ramp that all of the golfers arrived in earlier in the week!
